AUCTION TERMS:  This is an absolute auction and the grave sites will be sold as an entirety to the highest bidder as of 5 pm on March 11, 2024, without the right of the Seller to reject the bid. Payment in Cash or approved check with 10% Buyer’s Commission or by Mastercard or VISA with 15% Buyer’s Commission. The Buyer is responsible for the costs of transfer. The Seller will cooperate with the Buyer to execute any documents that may be required to transfer the grave sites.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BID:

To register to bid, please send an email to info@oneillenterprises.com and cindy@oneillenterprises.com to request the registration package.

An invitation email will be sent to you to complete the registration form through the O’Neill secure portal.  $ 1,000.00 refundable deposit, in cash, certified funds, credit card, or ACH withdrawal, is required to bid.  You will be required to deliver the cash or certified funds to the O’Neill office located at 103 E. Jarrettsville Road, Suite A, Forest Hill, MD 21050, or provide your credit card information or bank account information for the ACH withdrawal on the registration form. 

After receipt of payment, you will be issued a bidder number and may begin submitting your bid via email to info@oneillenterprises.com and cindy@oneillenterprises.com.

The highest bid will be posted at 5 pm each day on the auction listing on www.oneillauctions.com so that registered bidders may increase their bid.

The Seller will accept the highest qualified bid at 5 pm on March 11, 2024.  The Purchase Contract must be executed by 12 Noon on March 12, 2024.
